If you like walking in the beauty of pure nature, take the road from the city along the Elbe river through the forest to the almost perfect glacial valley, the Elbe mine. You will know the difference between a moray eel and a moraine, you will see many magics of water from emerald pools of water to small waterfalls, views of the falling waters of the Pančavské and Labské waterfalls and, if you are attentive, a real cauldron of Celtic druids. The path is a pleasant choice for families with strollers and children, morning joggers or just to escape and get lost in the mysterious nooks and crannies of Špindlerův Mlýn.
Start in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn
The route starts at the white arched bridge, the symbol of the city.

Monitoring the flow of the river Elbe
Proceed upstream towards the Medvědín cable car, which promises beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, and continue along the Elbe River.
The log cabin of the KRNAP administration and the confluence of the rivers
On your walk, visit the Krkonoše National Park administration cabin to learn more about the conservation of this unique natural area, and don't forget to stop at the confluence of the White Elbe and Elbe rivers.
Passage through the Elbe mine
Discover the Elbe cascades, the Malý Elbe waterfall and the Pudlav waterfall on the way through the valley. At the Pudlavský waterfall, the paved road ends and continues along a picturesque mountain path to the Labská bouda.

Return to the center of Špindlerův Mlýn
At the end of the valley you turn around, the walk ends again in the city center, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest in one of the local restaurants or cafes.
