The miller's circuit, divided into three color-coded routes, starts in the park at the statue of the Špindlerův miller and offers an easy walk through the city off the main roads. Another valley that hides its secrets of ancient stories is the Svatý Petr valley protected by the steep rock ridges of Goat's backs . Here, the mining trail , a short educational walk, will introduce you to the difficult life of the first settlers, the miners, and the beginning of the birth of the mountain town Špindlerův Mlýn. The St. Peter Valley is a pleasant place to go for walks and enjoy nature to the fullest.
You can also take the mining trail as a warm-up for a longer hiking trip, and from the Svatý Petr valley continue along the green tourist sign Dlouhý dolem , where you will discover more remains of the tunnels (unfortunately, due to safety reasons, it is not possible to make the tunnels accessible to the public) and further in the direction of Pec pod Sněžkou .
